No entry showed a past release time, release reason, former status, destination, or online retention period.
A valid three-day review therefore comes from records tied to an exact interval. Call the Baker County Detention Center at 904-259-3311, inspect court events for the dates in question, and request an existing commitment and release list or equivalent from the sheriff. If the agency does not produce a list, request named booking and release records. That approach preserves the weekend span without pretending the live roster can show who was there two days ago.
Request Baker County 72-Hour Releases
A precise request helps the records custodian identify an existing list. Florida's GS2 records schedule recognizes Commitment and Release Lists as a record series for people booked or released during a 24-hour period. That schedule does not prove Baker creates a particular format. For a 72-hour span, the sheriff may have three daily lists, a jail docket entry, or named release records instead.
- Write the exact beginning and ending date and time. State that all three days, including any weekend or holiday, are included.
- Call 904-259-3311 for a fast check. Ask what current record best documents releases across that span.
- Search the Baker criminal docket for bond, release orders, dismissals, judgments, and sentence events.
- Submit the sheriff records form. Request existing commitment and release lists or the named person's release record.
- For any outside-agency person, check the receiving or controlling agency rather than assuming the Baker exit ended all custody.
The sheriff form requires a description of the information sought and a contact email; a name field is optional. It publishes no fixed fee or response deadline. Scope the request around existing records. Florida public-record law does not require the sheriff to build a new custom database report.

Baker weekday first appearance is scheduled at 1:00 p.m. under the Eighth Circuit order. It is not proof of the physical door time. A release order on Friday and a jail exit early Saturday belong to different parts of the record chain.

Baker Release Source by Custodian
Use the source that owns the custody episode. Baker's shared and contract populations make that choice more important than in a county-only jail. The same person may move through more than one system during a three-day window.

The Florida VINE system can report a custody event from a participating source. “Out of Custody” confirms that source's status. It does not rule out a move to another custodian. Online display and official retention are not the same.
